Creating individual test workstations - with the modules of the EasyLine seriesThe manufacturer Willtec offers several series of additional modules for its various test tables. With these, it is possible to individually design the tables and thus prepare them for specific test tasks. The EasyLine is one of these module series. These are accessories especially for the cross-cut fence. With this series it is possible to check finished or semi-finished products for correct dimensions. The systems can be used both in incoming inspection and directly in production as well as quality inspection.
The stops are available from the manufacturer in several designs. There are kits as table support, with own frame as well as foldable systems. Individual solutions are also possible. Due to the versatility of the series and the modular concept, it is possible to create test workstations for a wide range of industries. For example, they are suitable for sawing technology, the wood industry, furniture construction, plastics technology and metalworking. At the same time, it is a very cost-efficient solution.
A linear length measuring system with many subtletiesThe modules of the EasyLine series are designed for retrofitting to saws, drilling machines and the various cutting tools as well as a test table. In this way, a cost-effective extension of these tools and workstations is possible. Measuring becomes possible directly at the workplace where the corresponding task is carried out. EasyLine supports individual mounting options. For example, there is the option of attaching the fence to the measuring slide by hand clamping or with sliding blocks. Alternatively, cantilever mounting is also possible.
The different length measuring stops of the EasyLine seriesThere are three different types of length measuring stops in the EasyLine series. These are the kits easy, light and compact. Each of them offers different features. The Lin-Kit-easy is mounted on a sliding guide and has a self-adjusting stop. The light kit is mounted in the same way, but has a stop on both sides. The EasyLine compact, on the other hand, uses a roller guide and has the option of a fixed stop.
Easy to operate - precise measuringThe length stop is operated by means of a sliding or roller guide. The length of the stops varies and different options are available for each kit. For example, the nominal lengths can be between 1,000 and 2,000 mm for the easy and light kits, while compact even allows lengths of up to 4,000 mm. The length stop is combined with a measuring display. This allows the values determined to be read off quickly and conveniently. Here, too, the manufacturer offers several options. In addition to mains-operated displays, the use of battery-operated displays is also possible. In this way, a power supply is not necessarily required at such a workstation. A wireless installation is also possible. The battery-operated displays are also convincing due to their long runtime. The battery life can be up to four years. Important for such a stop is also the accuracy of the measurements. This is +/- 0.1 mm per measured metre for all variants. More complex measurements can also be carried out by combining with certain displays. Here again the advantages of the modular system come into play. Absolute and chain mass as well as paths and angles can be measured. The displays can be partially programmed for offset values or specific counting directions.
