ErgoLine - Test tables for profiles

The Ergoline series consists of test tables for profiles. Such test tables are often required in industry or the trades to check profiles for their correct dimensions. The Ergoline test tables are used to measure lengths, heights, mitre angles and drilling distances. They are suitable for measuring objects made of metal, plastic, aluminium, glass or wood. Accordingly, corresponding tables can be found in the wood and furniture industry, in plastics processing or in the metal industry. The Ergoline series consists of four test tables, which differ in size and application. Depending on the model, the tables have measuring axes for length, width, height or angle.

The Ergoline convinces throughout with its particularly ergonomic design. The table enables the operating personnel to carry out measurements comfortably and pleasantly. Thus, the tables of the Ergoline series are also suitable for use at permanent test stations. Additional castors are available for the base. This allows the test table to be moved conveniently if required. Furthermore, the tables are equipped with digital interfaces. It is possible to export the measured values via usb, rs-232, rs-485 or also via a network connection. Thus, the test tables of the series can be easily integrated into an existing digital infrastructure.

A great deal of freedom in configuration

One of the strengths of the Ergoline series is the large selection of different measuring tables. Tables with a length of between 300 and 7,000 mm are available. The width of the measuring range can also be selected within a range of 5 to 120 mm. For the height, variants with 5 to 120 mm are available. Furthermore, different shapes of prisms as well as inserts are available for such a test table for profiles. In addition, individually manufactured supports are available for the series. Thanks to these features, a test table for profiles from the Ergoline series can be fully adapted to your own requirements.

Precise, safe and individual measurement

Precise work is the be-all and end-all in the industry when it comes to delivering high-quality results. This naturally also applies to the measurement results. This goal can be achieved with the Ergoline series of test tables. The measured values are shown on a large display with clearly legible digits. The lcd is illuminated by LEDs, so that no further lighting is required at the workstation in order to see the figures clearly at all times. This display shows the measured values with a resolution of 0.1 or 1. The test tables are particularly precise in terms of system accuracy. This is +/- 0.01 to +/- 0.1 mm for the various measurements.

The Ergoline series also offers plenty of scope for individual adaptation. This starts with the measuring supports. These are interchangeable and there is a wide selection of supports available. These include different shapes, such as prisms or flat supports. In addition, there are also pads specifically for certain materials. Brush-type measuring supports are suitable for sensitive workpieces such as glass. Magnetic displacement and angle measuring systems are also available for the test tables in the series. The display is interchangeable and the manufacturer offers a wide range of different displays. These include mains and battery powered systems as well as displays for multi-axis measurements. displays with touchscreen or with graphic display are also included in the accessories for the test tables.
