High precision rotary positioning device
Designed specifically for the inspection of large and heavy components, the GeoOrdinate is fully compatible with any production environment while providing world-class precision more typically found in standard accredited laboratories.
The GeoOrdinate combines an ultra-precision mechanical radial bearing with either a heavy-duty thrust roller bearing or a hydrostatic air bearing to provide exceptional axis motion geometry of < 0.5 um.
ArcMotion - motor-driven axis: Table axis motion is controlled by an intelligent drive and a robust touchscreen with graphical user interface that allows the operator to clock the table to a pre-programmed angular position (supports RS232 data output).
The GeoOrdinate's features set new standards for precision, flexibility and performance in a wide range of calibration and inspection applications.
Process Reference StandardSub-arcsecond angular accuracy and sub-micron circular geometry reduce process measurement inaccuracies to a level that makes the GeoOrdinate your measurement reference standard.
High Load CapacityThe sophisticated design of the GeoOrdinate's bearing assembly ensures not only the highest possible precision, but also a very high load capacity.
Compatible with other measuring instrumentsThanks to its compatibility, the GeoOrdinate can be easily integrated into a wide range of measurement applications.
Wide range of sizes and bearing configurationsStandard sizes from ø400 mm to ø1000 mm are available with two bearing configurations to better suit your individual needs.
GeoOrdinate features are designed to help you get the job done.
High resolution touch screen
The GeoOrdinate already has a robust and programmable high-resolution user interface through full integration with RPI's ArcMotion or optional Axia NC control to provide a third-party interface.
Shorter inspection timesBy integrating our high-resolution ArcMotion motorized graphical user interface, process times are significantly reduced and the number of errors that often occur with manually positioned devices is also dramatically reduced.
Sockets with air cushionsAir cushions can be integrated into the base to allow the rotary table to glide effortlessly over smooth, flat surfaces.
Numerous inspection applicationsDue to its flexibility and a wide range of accuracies, the -GeoOrdinate supports a wide range of applications.
