PanelLine - inspection tables for panels with many functions
From the comprehensive range of inspection tables offered by the manufacturer Willtec, the PanelLine line is intended for inspecting panels. Thanks to the versatile measurement options, the tables are used in industries such as the wood industry, glass processing as well as plastics technology or sheet metal processing. The actual measurements that can be performed on the inspection tables are just as multifunctional. In addition to pure plate measurement, it is possible to carry out angle testing or measure vertical and horizontal bore distances on such a table. Furthermore, drilling depths, the squareness and dimensions of grooves can be checked or contours can be inspected.
Test tables precisely tailored to your needs
The PanelLine series has two major advantages. On the one hand, it is possible to equip the table individually. On the other hand, the manufacturer offers five different models that already cover a wide range of different measuring applications. These five models are Light, Advanced, Advanced mini, Compact and Professional. The five types each have a different design and thus enable different measurements. With the help of individual adaptations and the available accessories, very individual applications are possible. For example, they can be used as marking and marking tables or for large-volume test specimens. In conjunction with a miniature measuring plate with variable probes, it is possible to measure very small plates with particular precision. Length and angle kits are also available, with which the measuring ranges of the tables can be enlarged and adapted.

Precise measurement and digital data management
The system accuracy of the inspection tables is crucial to obtain exact measurement results in material control. In production control this is crucial to achieve high quality and continuity. The tables of the PanelLine series achieve accuracies between +/- 0.1 mm and +/- 0.5 mm with the different measuring techniques. The display is also important for the measuring accuracy. The stages are paired with digital measurement displays. These show the read out values directly on easy to read lcd or LED displays.
The displays are interchangeable and the manufacturer has a wide range of different displays in the program. So it is possible to use a display with batteries instead of a mains powered display. This makes the test tables completely independent of a power supply. Furthermore, it is possible to use a display with touch screen. Further options are displays with multi-axis displays as well as graphic displays. In this way, the operation and functions of the tables can be adapted to individual requirements.
Furthermore, the displays have digital interfaces. Here there are possibilities to connect to a computer via usb, rs-232 or rs-485 or to integrate the test bench directly into a local network. In this way, the measured data is transmitted directly to a computer where it can be further processed. In parallel, the manufacturer also offers software to enable direct data processing. This software can be used for measurement data evaluation and error analysis. If desired, the program also compares the target and actual values of the measurements in real time. Also a calculation of two measuring distances or angle and path calculations can be carried out in this way. The software is also able to create a measurement data visualization. These functions make continuous control in production particularly convenient and precise.
