The tension spring machine CLS-10v first winds the spring body, then the body is transferred and finally the eyelets are bent. We can produce German, English or hook eyes on the machine.

3 axes as standard
- One axis for the feed, one for the machine and one for the pre-tensioning. Thanks to the pre-tensioning axis, the force can be adjusted or corrected quickly and easily.
Maximum production speed up to 120 pieces / minute
- 120 extension springs with the same eye and body diameter can be produced.
Different operating modes
- All axes can be operated in manual mode via a handwheel at slow speed. Other operating modes such as cycle or check mode make it easier to set up the machine.
Spring coiler tools
- We have tools for English, German and hook eyes in stock as standard. The spring tools usually have to be mechanically adapted for the spring production.
Variable outer diameter
- Tension springs with different diameters for the eyelets or spring bodies can now be easily adjusted with the outside diameter axis
Accessories
- The machine can be extended with camera monitoring, additional laser sensors or pneumatic elements.
