Test tables for tubes from the TubeLine series
In industries such as metal construction or plastics technology, tubes are frequently worked with. Whether in series production or individual adaptation for customers, quality control represents an important part of the work. In order to enable exact inspections, a correspondingly precise and multifunctional test workstation is required. With the help of the test tables from the TubeLine series, it is possible to check tubes for their correct properties. These test tables are used for various measurements. Among other things, it is possible to carry out length and angle measurements at such a workstation and to determine the diameter of tubes or the tube bend length.
The test tables for tubes of the TubeLine series are characterized by their ergonomic design and high stability. The tables of the Heavy line are particularly robust. These have a resilient and very stable welding table construction. Other models like Master or High Precision convince by their mobility. Alternatively, castors can be mounted on these tables so that they can be moved without any problems.
Configure an individual test table
The TubeLine series has four different models. These are Standard, Master, Heavy and HighPrecision. The tables of the Standard series are suitable for all normal measurements. For the other series, individual modules are available to adapt the measurements to very specific requirements. The tables of the HighPrecision type are designed for particularly precise measurements.
One of the strengths of the test tables for tubes from the TubeLine series is the configuration options. The size of the work surface varies between 400 and 1,300 mm in length and between 400 and 900 mm in width. The tables are designed for tubes with diameters between 10 and 220 mm. The tables are therefore suitable for both small and large tubes. Companies thus have the option of setting up an inspection workstation that exactly matches their products.
All measured values at a glance: Display option of the test tables
The measured values are shown on a digital display. The large display is easy to read and is optionally available as led or lcd. The displays are also interchangeable. This allows the range of functions and type of operation to be individually adapted. Many different displays are available for the test tables. In addition to mains-operated displays, battery-operated displays are also available as accessories. This makes it possible to use a digital test bench without a power supply. Furthermore, there are displays with graphic display as well as displays with touch screen.
The displays are also equipped with digital interfaces. There are several interface types to choose from. The tables offer the possibility to transfer the measurement data via usb, rs-232 or rs-485 as well as via a network connection to a computer. These versatile interfaces make integration into the company's IT infrastructure easy. Some displays have internal software that allows complex measurements. For example, the software is able to calculate angles and distances over several measurements. Furthermore, the tables can be combined with optical readers. This can be used to trigger measurement processes remotely, for example with a barcode or QR code read in at a scanner.
High quality standards through precise measurements
The tables of the TubeLine series have a system accuracy of +/- 0.001 mm for the tables of the HighPrecision series, the other models allow system accuracies of +/- 0.01 mm or +/- 0.1 mm. In this way, tubes can be checked very precisely for their correct properties. This is particularly important for individual processing or for checking series production. During bending and forming, the material repeatedly springs back. Under certain circumstances, this can lead to the desired properties not being maintained exactly. A fast and exact control on a test table ensures safety and guarantees a high and constant quality.
